Job satisfaction is the very important factor in general quality of life because it is closely connected with working life (e.g. Argyle, 1989; Bang & Lee, 2006), with family life, everyday life, and mental health (Orpen, 1978; Schmitt and Bedeian, 1982; Faragher, Cass & Cooper, 2005). Level of job satisfaction is also highly related to turnover, absenteeism rate, work productivity or accomplishment (Muchinsky, 1977; Organ, 1977). Many researchers (e.g. Cherrington, 1994; Acorn, Ratner & Crawford, 1997; Ostroff, 1992; Spector, 1997) state that employees who experience high job satisfaction contribute to organisational commitment, job involvement, their physical, mental health and overall well-being are improved. To understand the concept of job satisfaction the research has identified two aspects of it, they are, the facets satisfaction and overall satisfaction (Cherrington,1994; Fields, 2002). Individuals can be satisfied or dissatisfied with their overall job (Ironson, Smith, Brannick, Gibson, & Paul, 1989) and with specific job facets, such as the level of pay, promotion opportunities, co-workers, working conditions and supervision, contingent rewards, benefits, nature of work, or communication (Spector, 1997; Locke, 1976; Smith, Kendall & Hulin, 1969). The evidence shows that distinctive job facets such as pay satisfaction, opportunities for promotion, relationships with co-workers and supervisors have significant effects on job satisfaction (Ting, 1997; Ellickson & Logsdon, 2002; Pohlmann; 1999). The overall satisfaction is considered in terms of good salary, compassionate supervisors and co-operative co-workers. Conversely, the job dissatisfaction derives for instance form low pay or incompetent supervisors. Satisfaction obtained from work is considered as a more and more crucial way to achieve happiness. In the following essay, I will look at the contributions to job satisfaction as well as the reality for expectation of job satisfaction to be got.
An employee can feel satisfied by motivation from both financial side and non-financial side. On one hand, money is the most motivating factor financially. Undoubtedly, a high salary or wage rate contributes to job satisfaction as people often feel like being praised with a realistic reward. This is because the level of income in most occasions is regarded as a method to measure one's success. In short, as an effective incentive, money is directly related to job satisfaction. On the other, non- financial remunerations for employees also lead to the degree how they are satisfied from work. This includes short holidays, price reductions for specific products, free accommodation inside the company and so forth. What's more, a satisfying working condition is necessary as well. Just imagine, if the workers work in a house which is full of dangerous machines, disgusting smell of smog and a dark environment without light, it is unlikely for them to be motivated. Therefore, good working conditions are strongly required. In addition, the chance of being recognized especially when being promoted and training programs offered influence job satisfaction as well. Above all, all these factors help employees think that they are cared about by their employers.
A question concerning the reality that job satisfaction is achieved seems obvious. Personally, I reckon that the inability to find suitable jobs arising from either the employee's own incapacity or outside forces like economic conditions usually limits the level of satisfaction. But it's essential that the company try at least. By stimulating them, employees could be more willing to dedicate themselves, and thus productivity could be high.
Satisfaction obtained from work is considered by many to be a crucial way to achieve happiness. --- now ad one more sentence to explain what you mean. That way, the first paragraph will have at least 3 sentences. It is good to have at least 3 or 4 sentences in a paragraph... but not necessary.

I don't think this sentence is related to the rest of the essay. If you want to make it related to the rest of the essay, you have to do it like this:

And I think you should write believe instead of reckon. Nobody really says reckon anymore! :-) I think it is a word from back in the 1800s or something. Maybe some people still use it, but I never have used it.
